MatchiFi is the first brand that I got to go from branding to launch to surveys and studies. I saw it through multiple iterations and really got to know the consumers and what they really wanted. Starting below I will walk through the branding, then the decisions made based on customer feedback. The image above is the website, but check out the live version here.
MatchiFi is a financing platform that quickly matches homeowners to the best loan option for them when financing new HVAC units. Our Customers are homeowners but also we have to collaborate with HVAC contractors to sell our product to the homeowner during their visits.
Branding Process
Mood Boards
After completing a survey that included questions of expectations as well as what everyone liked about other brands, I created 3 mood boards. This was presented to the exec team and we decided which one to move forward with.
Color Exploration
After we agreed on a logo mark and a general mood we explored color stories. I created more mood boards to explore how ui, social media and ads would all look with different colors. We agreed on one color story.
Final Deliverables
Handed over final brand guides. With pages outlining color rules, logo usage and brand voice, as well as many other details.
User story and UI exploration
MatchiFi was also available as a software for other uses. I created many demos and mockups to pitch our software to companies like Eden Homes and iWallet.
